Modly Post - 2007 Middle-Earth Fanfiction Awards

The 2007 Middle-earth Fanfiction Awards will start accepting nominations on
June 1 at GMT. In order to nominate a story you must be a member of the
MEFAwards Yahoo group; all members may nominate up to twenty pieces.
Self-nominations are allowed. The awards accepts nominations of fiction,
poetry, and non-fiction inspired by the works of J.R.R. Tolkien (and
adaptations such as the Jackson movies). You can read more about what type
of stories are eligible at .

To nominate a story you will need the story title, the author's name, the
author's email address, and a link where the story can be read. Please note,
the general public must be able to read the story without having to log in.
Stories are eligible once as a work-in-progress and once when completed, so
be sure to check out our list of previously nominated pieces when trying to
decide what to nominate. You can find this list at .

Beginning June 1, you will be able to nominate your favourite stories,
drabbles, poems, and essays at . (Please
note, this link will not work until June 1.) We'll continue accepting
stories until July 15, and all nominated authors will have until July 22 to
accept their nominations. I look forward to your participation in this
year's MEFAs.
