So this is cheating; I hope no-one minds too much, just this once.
It is a double drabble and it is more or less lifted from a short story of mine because that is what got stuck in my brain. I think 'teen' is OK as the rating.
It stars the young female from the last few drabbles, again during her visit to Imladris to broaden her education - you just have to remember she's 'not from around here'.

"A Question of Linguistics"
“Uh, El? What’s your word, the Noldor word, for… this?”
‘This’ twitched a little at her touch, and he laughed quietly.
“It is a good thing that you were not with us at the Black Gate, tithen maethor, for you would have wanted to know the name of the Mouth of Sauron’s horse and just how the counterweight system worked to open and close the dread gate itself!”
She smiled back, but lifted an eyebrow and waited.
“I have spent enough time in Lorien to be happy to think of it as my grond, or even my cristhen, if you wish; but we Noldor really do say vië most of the time. Although, just as Éomer King once told you that the Rohirrim sometimes use a word that translates as ‘hammer’; so do the Noldor. I was taught by one of the smiths that it is the ‘heart-hammer’.”
“That’s cool and, yeah, it makes sense,” she said thoughtfully, “being metal workers… Hey! I wonder what the Khuzdul word is?”
She waited, just long enough, before grinning and reaching for the appendage in question. “Vië’s good,” she said, as she curled her fingers around it and pulled him a little closer.
tithen maethor -Sindarin - little warrior - the twins nickname for her.
grond - Sindarin - club - Galadhrim slang for penis in 'my' AU
cristhen - Sindarin - shortsword - also Galadhrim slang for penis
vië - Quenya - penis. Yes - Tolkien did, indeed, invent a Quenyan word for the male reproductive organ!
Khuzdul - the language of the dwarves.
As for why she once discussed the Rohirric slang for 'this' - if you really want to know I can give you the link!
